
The Spanish Embassy starts its 2019 cultural program with the inauguration of the sculpture Hermanos created by the spanish artist José Molina.
The installation of the scultpure will take place on 6 May 2019 at 6 pm, in the presence of S.E. the Ambassador of Spain, Alfonso Dastis, of the Mayor of Naples Luigi de Magistris and of the Spanish Consul in Naples, José Luis Solano Gadea.
The sculpture will be donated by the Artist and the Embassy to FOQUS – Fondazione Quartieri Spagnoli. FOQUS is a project of urban regeneration that begun in 2014, located in the heart of the Quartieri Spagnoli. FOQUS restored an abandoned building, by turning it into a productive and creative community through the fostering of education, training and guidance for kids and youth, notably contributing to positive change in the Spanish Quarter.
